Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after your item(s) are received.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Prepaid labels will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. (Note: Wrong item, or size Please email us at for assistance.) Will need pictures for proof!

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items or items that are no longer in stock.

To complete your return, we require a screen shot, proof of purchase. Email us with your first and last name and order number to speed up the process!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will give more information for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of pre paid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
